Eggs 4 (beaten)
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green chillies 1 tbsp (chopped)
Onion 2 large (grated)
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
How to make Khageena Samosa
METHOD:
1. Heat oil, add green chillies and slightly fry.
2. Add onions, fry till transparent.
3. Now add turmeric, fry for 2 minutes.
4. Then add 4 beaten eggs with salt, stir fast till cooked.
5. Lastly add coriander leaves, remove from heat and let it cool.
6. Fill in samosa patti and fry on medium flame till crisp and golden brown.
