Chop onions, green coriander and mint leaves finely.

Now chop minced chicken, salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, white cumin, all spice powder, crushed red
pepper, fried garlic, onion, coriander and mint together.

Now form oval shape kaftas with mixture.

Heat oil and fry kaftas. Remove when they turn golden brown.

How to Make Kafta Kebab


Ingredients:

  • Minced Chicken: 1/2 kg
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Green Coriander: 1 tablespoon
  • Mint Leaves: 1 tablespoon
  • Fried Garlic: 6 cloves
  • Salt: as much required
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • White Cumin Seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • All Spice Powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed Red Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon


Method

Chop onion, green coriander and mint finely.

Now chop chicken mince, coriander, mint, fried garlic and all other spices together and make oval shape kaftas.

Now pass a pencil or skewer through kafta.

Heat oil and fry (you can also bake them in oven).

Spicy kafta kababs are ready to serve.
