Ingredients
Chicken (8 pieces) 1 kg
Green chilies 250 gm
Lemon juice 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds 2 tsp
All spice 2 tsp
Ginger garlic crushed 4 tbsp
How to make Hari Mirch Tikka
METHOD:
Method
• Heat 1 cup oil in a pan, add 1 kg chicken pieces, 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 250 gm green chillies and 1 tsp salt. Fry well till golden brown.
• Add 1 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp chaat Masala, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves, 2 tsp all spice and 1 tbsp crushed coriander. Cook on low flame for few minutes.
• Serve tikka with raita and paratha.
