لہسن ، ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
لا ل مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسب ذائقہ
ہلدی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1چائے کا چمچہ
گرم مصالحہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

گندم کو اُبال لیں ۔
چکن کو اُ بال کر ریشے کرلیں ۔
پالک اُبال کر پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
پیاز فرائی کرکے لہسن ، ادرک ، نمک ، لال مرچ ، ہلدی ، گرم مصالحہ ، چاٹ مصالحہ ، دھی شامل کرکے مصالحہ بھونیں ۔
پھر اُبلی ہوئی چکن ، پالک کا پیسٹ اور اُبلے ہوئے گندم شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں ساتھ ساتھ گھوٹا بھی لگائیں ۔
قیمہ میں نمک،کالی مرچ لہسن ادرک مکس کرکے چھوٹے چھوٹے کباب بناکر فرائی کریںاور ہریسہ میں شامل کرلیں۔
ضرورت محسوس کریں توپانی شامل کرلیں ۔
