Edible Gum (Gond): 100 grams
Almonds: 100 grams
Pistachios: 100 grams
Walnuts: 100 grams
Melon Seeds: 200 grams
Sesame Seeds: 100 grams
Whole Wheat Flour Parathas: 3 to 4
Pure Clarified Butter: 2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Milk: 2 cups
How to make Gond Ka Halwa
METHOD:
Add pure clarified butter and gond in a pan and fry well together. Place it aside.
Now add almonds, pistachios, walnuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds in the same clarified butter. Fry it well.
Place the fried dry fruits aside.
Now toast all parathas on the griddle (tawa) and cut them into very small pieces (shred), add fried dry fruits and gond.
Move the mixture to a mixing bowl and add 1 cup sugar to the bowl.
Now add the mixture to same clarified butter you used before.
Add milk and mix everything well.
Delicious gond ka halwa is ready.
Dish out and serve.
