پہلے ایک پیالے میں انڈوں کو پھینٹ کر ان میں سوجی شامل کردیں ۔اب ان میں کدوکش کیا ہوا پامزان چیز اور پسی جائفل ڈال دیں ۔پھر اس میں تین کپ میں سے ایک کپ ٹھنڈی چکن کی یخنی شامل کر کے خوب اچھی طرح مکس کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔اب باقی بچی چکن کی یخنی کو پین میں گرم کریں ۔جب وہ پکنا شروع ہوجائے تو اس میں انڈے والا مکسچر اس میں شامل کرتے جائیں ۔اور ساتھ میں نمک اور پسی کالی مرچ بھی شامل کردیں ۔ چار سے پان منٹ تک اسے گرم آنچ پر پکاتے جائیں ۔جب دیکھیں کہ سوپ گاڑھا ہوگیا ہے فرنچ بریڈ کے سلائس کو توے پر سینکیں یا اوون میں روسٹ کرلیں ۔اگر ڈبل روٹی ہے تو ان کے کنارے کاٹ کر یہی عمل کریں ۔اب سوپ کے پیالے میں ٹوسٹ کئے ہوئے بریڈ سلائس شامل کردیں اور اوپر سے سوپ ڈال کر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
