Saaf aur khushk gol sanchay ko bagair chiknaai lagaye ye murakab undail dain aur sanchy ko maiz per jhatak kar murrakab ki satah per hamwar kar lain.
Pehly sy garm oven main 160 degree per rakh kar taqreeban 35 minute tak bake kar lain. Tinka daal kar test karain. Agar saaf bahar nikal aye to cake taiyaar hai. Warna chand minute mazeed pakaain. Sanchy main mukaml thanda honay k baad palat lain.
Cake ko adha adha kar k cream phaint kar adha cup icing sugar milaain aur is main koi sa phal bareek kaat kar milain
Dabbay ka juice cake per phaila dain aur cream o phal ki filling kar k cake ko jor dain.
Dosray hissay per bhi juice daalain. Aur cream laga kar phal saja dain cake ko chand ghanty fridge main rakha rehny dain. Takeh set hojaye. Mazay daar cake taiyar hai.

چینی---------- ایک کپ
تازہ کریم-------- دیڑھ کپ
کوئی سا بھی تازہ یا ڈبے کا پھل -----------انناس زیادہ بہتر ہے
ونیلا ایسنس------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

انڈوں میں سفیدیاں الگ کرکے اس قدر پھینٹیں کہ جھاگ بن جائے اور پیالہ الٹنے پر بھی باہر نہ گرے (یہ پہچان ہے پھینٹے جانے کی)
اب زردیاں اور پسی ہوئی چینی ملا دیں اور اس قدر پھینٹینے کے بعد میدے کو بہت آہستہ آہستہ لکڑی کے چمچ سے اس طرح ملائیں کہ جھاگ قائم رہے۔
صاف اور خشک 8کے گول سانچے کو بغیر چکنائی لگائے یہ مرکب انڈیل دیں اور سانچے کو میز پر جھٹک کر مرکب کی سطح پر ہموار کرلیں۔
پہلےسے گرم اوون میں 160ڈگری پر رکھ کرتقریباً 35 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔ تنکا ڈال کر ٹیسٹ کریں۔ اگر صاف باہر نکل آئے تو کیک تیار ہے۔ ورنہ چند منٹ مزید پکائیں۔ سانچے میں مکمل ٹھنڈا ہونے کے بعد پلٹ لیں۔
کیک کو آدھا آدھا کرکےکریم پھینٹ کر آدھا کپ آئسنگ شوگر ملائیں اور اس میں کوئی سا پھل باریک کاٹ کر ملائیں۔
ڈبے کا جوس کیک پر پھیلا دیں اور کریم و پھل کی فلنگ کرکے کیک کو جوڑ دیں۔ دوسرے حصے پر بھی جوس ڈالیں اور کریم لگا کر پھل سجا دیں کیک کو چند گھنٹے فریج میں رکھا رہنے دیں۔ تاکہ سیٹ ہوجائے۔
