Lamb Mincemeat: 1/2 kg (finely minced on machine)
Onions: 2 pcs (thinly chopped)
Tomatoes: 2 pcs (thinly chopped)
Green Chillies: 8 to 10 pcs (thinly chopped)
Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch (thinly chopped)
Whole Coriander (Ground): 1 tbsp
White Cumin (Ground): 1 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds: 1 tbsp
Corn Flour: 2 tbsp (or 3 if you like)
Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tbsp
Salt: as per taste
Oil or Fats: for frying
How to make Dunba Kabab


Add mincemeat to a pan, add all other ingredients and mix well so that it gets a structure like filaments.
Heat oil or fats on griddle or in a frying pan.
Shape kababs with the mincemeat mixture and fry in heated oil.
Hot dunba kababs are ready.
Serve with raita, salad or chutney and enjoy.

It's optional to add whisked or fried egg in the batter of dunba kababs.

باریک کٹی ہو پیاز ۔۔۔ 2عدد
باریک کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر ۔۔۔۔ 2عدد
ہری مرچ باریک کٹی ہوئی ۔۔۔۔۔ 8سے 10عدد
ہرا دھنیاباریک کٹا ہو ا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/2گڈی
ثابت دھنیا کُٹا ہوا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹیبل سپون
سفید زیرہ کُٹا ہو ا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹیبل سپون
انار دانہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹیبل سپون
مکئی کا آٹا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو ٹیبل سپون ( ضرورت محسوس کریں توتین بھی ڈال سکتے ہیں )
کٹی لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹیبل سپون
نمک ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل یا چربی تلنے کے لئے ۔

ایک برتن میں قیمہ ڈال دیں اور اس میں یہ تمام اجزاءڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں تاکہ ریشے ریشے سے بن جائیں۔
ایک توے یا فرائی پین میں تیل /گھی یا چربی پگھلاکر اس میں قیمے کے کباب بنا کر تل لیں۔
اس طرح دُنبے کے کباب تیارہیں۔
اب گرم گرم کباب رائتہ/ چٹنی اور سلاد کے ساتھ کھائیں ۔

نوٹ ۔یہ آپ کی مرضی ہے کہ کباب کے بیٹر میں انڈا ملالیں یا نہ ملائیں (پھینٹا ہوا ، تَلا ہوا انڈا)۔

Is it the same kabab available at Sohrab Goth restaurants? They sell kababs made on skewers with lamb meat, with pieces of lamb fats. Served with a small bottle of spices, which we sprinkle on the meat. It is very tasty. If it is the same thing, it is really very tasty.
