Ingredients
Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Green Chillies 8
Garlic 8 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Spring Onions 250 grams
Raw Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Fresh Cream ½ cup
Reshmi Kabab Masala 1 packet (50 grams)
How to make Creamy Kabab
Method
In a chopper, finely chop together chicken, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger and the white bulbs of spring onions.
Add the raw papaya paste, fresh cream, eggs and Reshmi Kabab Masala and mix well.
Press handfuls of the mixture onto thick skewers and barbecue on hot coals.
Baste with oil at regular intervals.
Serve hot when cooked through.
