khopra cutted in small pieces 1tsp.
phally 1tsp
hari mirch  3
curry patta 5-6 leaves
oil 5table spoon
salt to taste
haldi powder a small pinch.
        
 
        
            
            METHOD:
            take  pan put the oil into the pan and heat the oil put the chudwa into small quantity and fry it then take it out,repeat the same  for the rest of the chudwa after frying the whole chudwa....in the left over oil fry the phutana,phally and khopra then add hari mirch cutted in small pieces at last add the left over ingredients and off the flame ,,,,now the perfect snack is ready to serve along with the tea or it's perfect without tea also.
