Ingredients

3 cups b Oiled chickpeas
1 green Onions, thinly sl Iced
1/3 cup Tomatoes, cubes
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tblsp olive Oil
1/2 tblsp fresh Coriander
1tblap green chili (chopped)
1 Lime, ju Iced and zested

How to make Chickpeas Salad

METHOD:

In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, onions, green chilies, coriander & tomatoes. Toss well with the salt and pepper. In a small bowl, add the oil, lime juice and zest.
Pour the liquid over the chickpeas and and toss well to coat. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
