چکن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کلو
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
دیگی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لال پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد بڑی
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
ادرک،لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
ثابت گرم مسالا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
جائفل جاوتری۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چوتھائی چائے کا چمچہ
بادیان کا پھول۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
بادام۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ سو گرام(بھگو کر چھیل لیں)

سجاوٹ کے لیے

ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ باریک کٹی ہوئی
گرم مسالا

ترکیب:

ایک دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں۔پیاز باریک کاٹ کر سنہری تل لیں اور علیحدہ نکال لیں،پیاز کو ہاتھ سے مسل کر باریک کر لیں۔اب اس تیل میں پہلے بادیان کا پھول اور گرم مسالا ڈالیں پھر مرغی ڈال کر بھوئیں۔اس کے بعد ادرک لہسن ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔جب تیل اوپر آجائے تو جائفل جاوتری اور کیوڑہ چامل کریں دس منٹ دم پر رکھ کر بادام کاٹ کر ڈالیں۔پیش کرتے وقت کٹی ہوئی ادرک سے سجاوٹ کریں۔
