How to make Chana Chat Katori
METHOD:
- In a bowl, add chopped potatoes, boiled channa, chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped Shimla Mirch, 2 tbsp fresh coriander, fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp Iodized Salt, 1 tsp Cumin Powder, 1 tsp Chat Masala, and 2 tbsp Imli Sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients above well.
- Cut manda patti and deep fry to bowl shape.
- Pour the ingredients into the manda patti bowl.
- Garnish Green Chatni, yogurt and sev on top.
- Serve and enjoy the delicious treat with your family and friends.
