Ingredients
Camel Meat: 1/2 kg
Onions: 2 pcs
Tomatoes: 2 pcs
Green Chillies: 6 pcs
Green Corainder: 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Salt, Red Pepper: 1 tsp each
Turmeric: 1 tsp
Salan Masala: 1 tbsp
All SPice Powder: 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds: 1 tsp
Carom Seeds: 1 tsp
Yogurt: 1/4 cup
How to make Camel Bhuna Gosht

METHOD:

Chop onions finely and fry in 1/2 cup oil and crush into crumbs.
Add crumbed onions, ginger garlic, tomatoes, green chillies and all spice ingredients to the oil.
Add little water and cook for 10 minutes.
Then add boiled meat and cook well.
Add yogurt, cook a little bit, add water and cook on low flame until water is dried.
Camel bhuna gosht is ready.
Dish out, sprinkle julienne ginger, green chillies, green coriander and serve.

ترکیب:
پیاز کو باریک چوپ کر نے کے بعد اس میں2/1کپ تیل میں فرائی کرنے کے بعد چورا کرلیجئے، تیل میں پیاز والا چورا،لہسن ادرک، ٹماٹر، ہری مرچ اور تمام اسپائس دالیں۔ ہلکا پانی ڈال کر بھونیں10منٹ بعد پھر ابلا ہوا گوشت ڈال کر بھونیں ، اب دہی ڈال کر بھون کر پانی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر رکھیئے تاکہ پانی خشک ہوجائے ۔ آخر میں باریک کی گئی ادرک، ہری مرچ،ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر پیش کریں۔

It would be great experience to eat bhuna gosht dish with camel meat. I will try this however I will like to request that share Arabic camel recipes as well. Because camel meat is more traditional and common in Arab countries.
