کٹی پیاز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2 عدد
ثابت لال مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔3 عدد
ہری مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔4 عدد
چھو ٹی الائچی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔6 عدد
پودینے کے پتے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1/2 گٹھی
ثابت دھنیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائے کا چمچہ
سفید زیرہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

3عدد ثابت لال مرچ ، 1چائے کا چمچہ ثابت دھنیا ، 1چائے کا چمچہ سفید زیرہ ، 6عدد چھوٹی الائچی ،1کھانے کا چمچہ کالے چنے اور 2بڑی الائچی ایک ساتھ پیس لیں۔ 2کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کرکے 2کٹی پیاز بھون کر گولڈن براﺅن فرائی کرکے ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ اب پین میں 1/2کلو بکرے کا قیمہ ، حسب ذائقہ نمک ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ، پساہوا مصالحہ ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ بہاری مصالحہ ، 1کپ دہی ، 2عدد لیموں اور 4ہری مرچیں ڈال کر پکائیں ۔ پانی سوکھ جائے تو ڈش میں نکال کر تلی پیاز اور پودینے سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
