Siyoo 1 cup
Chewrah 1 cup
Murmuray 2 cup
Papri 4 sy 6 adad
Aalo 2 baray ublay hoye
Namak ½ chaye ka chamch
Tail 2 khanay k chamch
Laal mirch 1 chaye ka chamch
Haldi ½ chaye ka chamch
Piyaz 1cup
Chaat masla 1 kahany ka chamch
Imli ka paani 1cup

Banane ki tarkeeb

Siyo, murmuray aur chewrah sub mix kar lain.
Tail 2 khanay k chamchay garm kar lain aur cholah band kar dain.
Phir is main namak, laal mirch, haldi daalkar hilaain aur aalo kaat kar is main mix kar lain. Chewrah walay mixture main aalo (maslah walay) piyaz, (chhanni main dho kar nichor lain) daalain.
Imli k paani main 4 khanay k chamach cheeni aur 4 ya 5 mirch daal kar pees lain.
Phir ye imli ki chatni, chaat masala aur papri daal kar serve karain.

آلو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دود بڑے(ابلے ہوئے)
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ
چاٹ مصالحہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
املی کا پانی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کپ

ترکیب:

سیؤ،مرمرے اور چیوڑہ سب مکس کر لیں،
تیل دو کھانے کے چمچ گرم کرلیں اور چولہا بند کر دیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک،لال مرچ،ہلدی ڈال کر ہلائیں اور آلو کاٹ کر اس میں مکس کرلیں۔چیوڑہ والے مکسچر میں آلو(مصالحہ والے)،پیاز(چھنی میں دھو کر نچوڑ لیں)ڈالیں۔
املی کے پانی میں چار کھانے کے چمچ چینی اور چار یا پانچ مرچ ڈال کر پیس لیں۔
پھر یہ املی کی چٹنی،چاٹ مصالحہ اور پاپڑی ڈالکر سرو کریں۔
