پوہے(کچا چیوڑہ)۔۔۔۔۔250 گرام
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2 کھانےکے چمچ
رائی دانہ۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1 چائےکا چمچ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔4/1 چائےکا چمچ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
کٹی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائےکا چمچ
کری پتہ۔۔۔۔۔۔چند پتے
آلو۔۔۔۔۔۔2 عدد

ترکیب:

ایک پین تیل گرم کرکے رائی دانہ، زیرہ اور کڑی پتہ ڈال کر ہلکا کڑکڑائیں۔ اب اس میں آلو کے کیوبز شامل کر لیں۔ ساتھ ہی ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ کٹی لال مرچ اور ہلدی پاؤڈر ڈال کر بھونیں۔ جب آلو گل جائیں تو پوہے کو اچھی طرح دھوئیں اور نچوڑ کر مصالحےمیں شامل کرکے دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔ سرونگ ڈش میں نکالیں۔ ہری مرچ، ہرا دھنیا اور لیمو سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
