ترکیب:

250گرام چینی اور ایک کپ پانی کو پکا کر شیرہ بنا لیں۔اب اس میں300گرام چاول کا آٹااور 1چائے کا چمچہ بیکنگ پاﺅڈرڈال کر گوندھ لیں۔پھر اس میں1/2چائے کا چمچہ پسی الائچی ملا کر ایئرٹائٹ جار میں4دن کے لئے رکھ دیں۔جب استعمال کرنا ہو تواس میں سوڈا ملائیں اورگولیاں بنا کرایک کپ تِل لگائیں اور تل کر گولڈن کرلیں۔
