25 grams almonds (blanched)
3 red chillies (roasted)
25 grams peanuts (roasted)
1 piece ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds (roasted)
a few drops saffron essence
salt and chilli powder to taste
How to make Almond Chutney
METHOD:
Grind all the above ingredients to a paste. This chutney can be eaten immediately.
