4/1 تیل میں پیاز اور ہری مرچی کے پیسٹ کو فرائی کرلیں۔ اب اس میں گرم مصالحہ اور ٹماٹر کے پیسٹ ڈال کربھون لیں۔4/1کپ تیل لیں۔ اس میں شملہ مرچ اور تمام ابلی ہوئی سبزی ڈال کر فرائی کر لیں۔ساتھ ہی لہسن ادرک نمک مرچ، ہلدی زیرہ، دھنیا، الائچی ڈال کر بھونیں۔ پھر اس میں پیاز والا مصالحہ اور کریم ڈال کر5منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر رکھ دیں۔ اکبری سبزی تیار ہے۔
