ترکیب:

ایک پاﺅ کھویا، 100گرام سوجی،6عدد انڈے، 20گرام کشمش، 20گرام پستے،20گرام بادام،ایک پاﺅ گھی،تھوڑاسا زردے کا رنگ،ایک پاﺅ چینی،2/1چائے کا چمچہ جائفل،جاوتری اور 4/1چائے کا چمچہ جائفل، جاوتری ملا کر آدھے گھنٹے تک ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔جب گولیاں سی بننے لگیںتو اسے چولہے سے اُتارکرٹرے میں ڈالیںاور سرو کریں۔
