Flour 1 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Water to need
Filling:
Achaar masala as required
Ghee as required
How to make Achaari Paratha
METHOD:
Mix together 1 cup flour, 1 cup wheat flour, ½ tsp salt with water to a medium dough.
Leave covered for 30 minutes, make balls and spread with oil keep for another 15 minutes.
Spread each ball into a saucer size, spread with ghee, ahcaar masala.
Roll it like a swiss roll, again form it into a ball, roll again, fry on griddle.
Serve hot.
