Pait ke dard ka ilaj ke liye kuch gharelu aur ayurvedic upay hote hain jo aapki takleef ko kam karne mein madad kar sakte hain. Yeh hain kuch pramukh upay:
Adrak ka Ras: Adrak ka ras pait ke dard mein bahut faydemand hota hai. Adrak ko pees kar ras nikal lein aur thoda sa shahad mila kar sevan karein.
Pudina: Pudina ka ras pait ke dard ko kam karne mein madad karta hai. Pudina ke patte ko pees kar ras nikal lein aur shahad ke saath mila kar sevan karein.
Ajwain ka Paani: Ajwain ka paani pachan ko sudharne mein aur pait ke dard ko kam karne mein faydemand hota hai. Ek chammach ajwain ko paani mein ubalein aur thanda hone par piyein.
Aloe Vera Juice: Aloe vera juice pait ke dard aur gas ko kam karne mein sahayak hota hai. Subah khali pet aloe vera juice piyein.
Jeera ka Paani: Jeera pait ke dard ko kam karne mein faydemand hai. Ek chammach jeera ko paani mein ubalein aur thanda hone par piyein.
Dahi: Dahi pachan ko sudharne mein aur pait ke dard ko kam karne mein madad karta hai. Rojana dahi ka sevan karein.
Hing (Asafoetida): Hing ka paani ya paste bana kar pet par lagane se pait ke dard mein rahat milti hai.
Garam Tauliya: Garam tauliya ya heating pad ka istemal pait ke dard mein rahat dilane mein madad karta hai.
Tulsi: Tulsi ke patte ko paani mein ubaal kar uska paani pine se pait ke dard mein rahat milti hai.
Khana: Hamesha swasth aur halka bhojan karein. Tali hui, masaledar aur bahar ka khana se bachein.
Yadi pait ke dard mein sahi se fayda na ho, ya dard gambhir ho, to doctor se paramarsh lein. Kabhi-kabhi pait ke dard ki sthiti gambhir ho sakti hai aur chikitsa aavashyak ho sakti hai.
