Lamb Meat: 1/2 kg
Tomatoes: 250-350 grams
Ginger Paste: 1 tsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
All Spice Powder: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 2 tbsp
Red Chillies: 1 or 1-1/2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Onions: 2 pcs
Green Chillies: 6 pcs
Turmeric: 1 pinch
How to make Dunba Bhuna Gosht
METHOD:
Heat oil and fry sliced onions.
Now add ginger, garlic and meat. Mix and roast a little bit.
Then add salt, red pepper and turmeric powder and cook until it becomes tender.
Once meat is tender, add finely chopped tomatoes.
Roast meat well and cook until tender.
Once meat is fully cooked, sprinkle all spice powder, green coriander and whole green chillies.

نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذوق
پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ عدد
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چٹکی
: ترکیب
تیل گرم کریں۔پھر اس میں سلائس پیاز فرائی کرلیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن اور گوشت ڈآل کر تھوڑا سا بھونیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک،لال مرچ او رہلدی شامل کر کےگلنے دیں۔
جب گوشت گل جائے تو ٹماٹر باریک چاپ کر کے ڈالیں۔
گوشت کو بھون لیں اور دم پر چھوڑ دیں
تیار ہونے کے پسا گرم مصالحہ،ہرا دھنیا اور ثابت ہری مرچیں شامل کریں۔
