INGREDIENTS:

Beef 1 kg
Garlic (paste) 2 pods
Salt 1, 1/2 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1/4 cup
Butter 4 ounces
Oil 1/2 cup
Green chillies 12
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Yogurt (whisked) 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Green Cardamoms 8
Black Cardamoms 5
All-spIce 1 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 bunch


How to make Beef Karahi



METHOD:

Put 1, 1/2 kg water, beef, garlic (keep 1 tsp aside) and 1 tsp salt in a pot.

Cover with a lid and let it cook.

Add butter and oil when a little water is left in the beef.

Add ginger, 1 tsp garlic, green chillies, 1/2 tsp salt, red chillies, white pepper powder and yogurt.

Let it cook. When the yogurt dries up, add tomatoes.

Grind green and black cardamoms into a paste and add 1/2 tsp into the pot.

Add all-spice and fry till oil separates from the curry.

Add coriander leaves and take off flame. Serve hot.

beef karahi is great but boneless beef is awesome recipe is great however if we add some hot chilli it will be more spicy and yummy by the way thanks for all the recipes KFOODS.com great web .

My husband makes the best beef karahi and I found out that he makes it from this recipe. This recipe for beef karahi is very special for both of us as he makes it very tasty. The gravy is perfect and other masala are also written in a perfect quantity. The recipe should be followed to the point.

Beef karahi is something which is loveable on the day of Eid ul Azha. Many families here in Pakistan make beef karahi on the first day of Eid. It is made with boneless beef cuts. I have tried this recipe a lot of times and it has always turned great.

Actually, I want to make little bit gravy and Masala in Beef Karahi for that how can I do? If I make according to the same way, obviously it is difficult to serve with five to six peoples. The ingredients which I am noting are already in my home.
