Ingredients

Apply ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, all spice powder,
cumin powder, yogurt, oil, red pepper and salt on chicken for marination.

Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Cubes: 250 grams
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice: 2 tbsp
- All Spice Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Curd/Yogurt: 2 tbsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp leveled
- Shashlik Sticks: as required
- Paratha: as required

Method |
- Marinate the chicken cubes with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, all
spices powder, cumin powder, curd or yogurt, oil, red chilli powder and
salt.
- Place aside for an hour for marination.
- Put chicken cubes on shashlik sticks and pan fry in grill pan.
- Give coal smoke to fried chicken.
- Take a paratha, put chicken pieces and top with mayo garlic.
- Roll paratha and then roll in butter paper.
- Serve hot with sauces and chutney.

- Garlic Paste: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Cream: 1 tbsp
