Boil chicken, onions and whole black pepper together in water
|

When 6 glass water left, switch stove off
|
|
Take out the chicken and shred into fine bits
|
|
Strain the liquid of yakhni
|
|
Now place it on the stove again and add salt, Chinese salt, ground black pepper and sugar
|
|
Once it starts simmering, mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the pot
|
|
Add sweet corn
|
|
As it becomes thick, add beaten egg; mix after one minute
|
|
Add egg and cook for 5 minutes. Then remove from the stove
|
|
Transfer to serving dish, add chicken pieces. Serve with soy sauce and vinegar

Chicken Corn Soup Recipe |
Ingredients: - Chicken: 1/2 kg
- Water: 8 glass
- Corn Flour: 5 tablespoon
- Eggs: 2 pcs
- Onion: 1 medium
- Salt: as per taste
- Chinese Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole Black Pepper: 6 to 8 pcs
- Ground Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Sweet Corn: 1 cup (crushed roughly)
Soup Accoutrements: - Vinegar: as required
- Soy Sauce: as required
- Chili Sauce: as required
- Ground Black Pepper: as required
- Green Chillies: 2 pcs

Method |
- Add chicken, whole onion and 6 to 8 black peppercorns in water and boil.
- Once it remains 6 glass water, turn stove off; yakhni is ready.
- Take chicken out, and shred into fine bits. Discard the bones.
- Strain yakhni mixture and place on stove again.
- Add salt, Chinese salt, ground black pepper and sugar to yakhni.
- When it simmers, mix corn flour to 1/2 cup of water and pour into yakhni. Keep stirring spoon.
- Now add roughly crushed sweet corn and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Once soup is thick, add a whisked egg (do not stir spoon immediately after adding egg as it will shred into thin bits). Stir spoon after one minute.
- Cook for 5 more minutes and then remove from stove.
- Delicious Corn Soup is ready. Add shredded chicken to soup or do it when you serve.
Tip: Take vinegar in a bowl, add 2 green chilies (chopped). This will generate better taste in soup. |
