Recipe of this biryani is very popular in the whole sub continent - Pakistani, India, Bangladesh and Nepal. The main difference in this biryani is the absence of onions which are generally used as a key ingredient in most of the biryani recipes. The reason for not using onions is to keep biryani moistureless as usage of onions makes biryani wet. This trick was used to generate the taste of biryani anew, different from ordinary biryanis. Also potatoes are not included in the main recipe however we have used it just for taste. Additionally, it uses additional ingredients such as plums etc.
Though, it's ready-made spices such as Shan Bombay biryani masala are available in market but I made each and everything myself and that is the key to get the desired taste.
