Dum ka Keema Recipe
Dum ka Keema is really healthy traditional cooking recipe. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Beef & Mutton Recipes
First clean all the spices (almond, coconut, kabab chini, black cumin, saffron, mint, coriander leaves, poppy seeds, green cardamom and green chili) and roast on griddle.
Then grind these spices in grinder.
Now fine chop onions and fry in clarified butter and take it out.
Then mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, spices and yogurt in mince for 20 minutes and keep aside.
Then add clarified butter in big pan/wok and add brown onion and saffron.
Then give simmer (dum) of coal for a while.
Take it out in dish and serve with naan.
