نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

گوشت کو ابال لیں۔آئل میں پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کریں ساتھ ہی لہسن،ادرک اور لال مرچ ڈال کر فرائی کریں پھر نمک،ہلدی ڈال کر گوشت ڈال لیں اور اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔جب گوشت بھون جائے تو اس میں پانی شامل کریں۔ململ کر کپڑے میں ادرک کا پاؤڈر،کالی الائچیاور سونف ڈال کر باندھ لیں اور اب یہ پوٹلی نہاری میں ڈال دیں اور چالیس منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکنےدیں پھر باریک کٹا ادرک،ہری مرچ اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ پکا لیں۔آٹے کو توے پر بھون کر پانی میں گھول لیں اور نہاری میں ڈال دیں گاڑھا ہونے پر اتار لیں اور کلچے کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
