ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
پسی سونف ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
ہسا دھنیا ۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
دہی ۔۔ ایک کپ
دودھ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
کشمش ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
پانی ۔۔ آدھا جگ

تیل میں کچی پیاز، براؤن، کلونجی، کالا زیرہ لونگ اور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔ اب گوشت، پسی سونف، پسا دھنیا، دودھ دہی اور کشمش ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔ اب پانی شامل کریں۔ ہلکا جوش آنے پر چاول ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ دم دینے سے پہلے دودھ اور دہی ایک پیالے میں ملائیں اور چٹکی بھر فوڈ کلر ڈال کر دم لگے ہوئے پلاؤ پر اوپر سے ڈال دیں۔ تیار ہونے پر ڈش میں نکال کر بادام کشمش اور ابلے انڈو سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔ پیاز براؤن کرلیں یہاں تک کے کرسپی ہوجائے یا اسکے لئے آپ ٹھنڈے تیل میں ایک چٹکی نمک یا چینی ڈال لیں۔ پھر پیاز تلیں۔
