ایک باول میں 500گرام میدہ،پانچ گرام خمیر ،پانچ گرام نمک ، پانچ گرام چینی اور 250گرام پانی ڈال کر سخت ڈو بنالیں اور پھولنے کے لئے ایک طرف رکھ دیں ۔ایک ا سٹیل لیس اسٹیل کے ایک باول کے ارد گرد ایلو مینیئم فوائل لگائیں اور باول گریس کرلیں ۔کچن کاونٹر پر تھوڑا سا میدہ چھڑک کر تیار ڈو بیلن کی مدد سے ہموار بیلیں ۔اب ڈو کو لمبائی میں آدھا انچ چوڑے ٹکڑوں کو کاٹ لیں کٹی ڈو کے ٹکڑے باری باری گریس کئے باول پر لگائیں اور ایک عدد پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے سے برش کرلیں۔100سینٹی گریڈ پہلے سے گرم اوون میں خستہ اور سنہرا ہونے تک پکائیں ۔
