انڈہ پراٹھا

اجزاء:
آٹا--------- (چھنا ہوا) 2پیالی
انڈے------------ 6عدد
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ---------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ-------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچیں-------- (چوپ کی ہوئی) 8عدد
ہرا دھنیا-------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) 2/1گڈی
تازہ دودھ--------- 2/1پیالی
میدہ---------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
پانی------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
پسی ہوئی ہلدی-------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک---------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
گھی----------------- تلنے کے لئے

ترکیب:

آٹے میں نمک ملا کر گوندھ لیں۔ میدے میں پانی ملا کر گاڑھا آمیزہ بنا لیں۔ انڈوں میں گھی کے علاوہ باقی اجزاءملا کر پھینٹ لیں۔ فرائنگ پین میں گھی گرم کرکے انڈوں کو چمچہ چلاتے ہوئے تلیں اور پھر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔ آٹے کو برابر تقسیم کرکے پیڑے بنائیں اور روٹیاں بیل لیں۔ ایک روٹی پر انڈے کی تہہ لگائیں، دوسری روٹی اس کے اوپر رکھیں اور کنارے کو میدہ لگا کر دبا دیں اس عمل کو دہراتے ہوئے باقی انڈے سے بھی پراٹھے بنا لیں۔ تو اگرم کریں اور پراٹھوں کو گھی لگاتے ہوئے دونوں جانب سے تل کر اتار لیں۔
