Onion finally chopped 1
Garlic 1clove
Tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped 500 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Fresh basil 1 tbsp
Black pepper

How to make Tomato Sauce

METHOD:

• Heat oil in saucepan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat for 4 minutes or until onion id soft. Add tomatoes paste, sugar and basil.
• Bring sauce to simmering, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until sauce reduces and thickens.
