I followed your tip but my garlic and ginger is green the 2nd day I put oil and vinegar so plz tell me why and what I did wrong ..  if it is green is it dangerous to use plz reply me

When u take bottle its clean and if its turn green no issue you use it

aslmoailkum apne paani zada dal dia ha pani km se kam dalen r nmak r oil dal k pesen pir jar m dalte hui vinegar mix karen

jab bhi lahsan lain chota lehsan ya desi lahsan lain aur usay grind karain adrak kay saath I guarantee 100% kabhi green nahi hoga

I always grind adrak lahsan with salt n together n freeze them f a month or soo ... khrab nae hota.

Lehsan hamesha desi use kren Jo k chotay jewway ka hota hai bara lehsan pest ko green kr deta hai km pani k sath grind karen aor phir is me salt ar vinegar mix kren sheshay ke jaar me daal kr fridge me rakhen 15 dino tk fresh rahega

Aap lashan adrak ka paste banain koshish krain k jis main qeem pista hain us main banain thora cooking oil dalain ..phir aik tray main phela k freze kr lain phir ice qubs ki shaqal main kut karain or phir box main dal k freez kr dain.

Adrak , lassan se half honi chahye...juicer mein jab dalain to thoda sa oil pani or adrak lassan daal k peesain...kabhi green ni hoga...vinegar na dalain

Dont use water,just oil and your paste remains always fresh.remember not a singel drop of water

Adrak aur lason ko Kisi bhi cooking oil Mei graiend Ker leye chaye glas bottle Mei Daley ja plastic bottle Mei colour ja taste Mei koi farik nee ho ga.Me also used this paste.

Use cooking oil instead of water while making ginger garlic paste in grinder. such paste would last for months.
