I followed your tip but my garlic and ginger is green the 2nd day I put oil and vinegar so plz tell me why and what I did wrong .. if it is green is it dangerous to use plz reply me
When u take bottle its clean and if its turn green no issue you use it

I always grind adrak lahsan with salt n together n freeze them f a month or soo ... khrab nae hota.

Dont use water,just oil and your paste remains always fresh.remember not a singel drop of water

Use cooking oil instead of water while making ginger garlic paste in grinder. such paste would last for months.
