cream 2 oz
parmesan cheese 30 g
lemon juice 1 tbsp

How to make Tortellini And Avocado Cream
Method
• Cook tortellini in boiling water in a large sauce pans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• To make avocado cream, place avocado, cream parmesan cheese and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with balck pepper.
• Place tortellini in a warn serving bowl, add avocado cream and toss to combine. Serve
