  • Wild Violet (Viola Odorata): 1 tsp
  • Common Mallow: 1 tsp
  • Sebestian (Cordia Latifolia Roxb.): 1 tsp
  • Marshmallow: 1 tsp
  • Jujube Fruit (Zizyphus Vulgaris): 1 tsp
  • Sisymbrium Irio: 1 tsp
  • Borage (Echium): 1 tsp


Method

  1. Boil all ingredients in 2 cup water.
  2. Once boiled, homemade joshanda is ready.
