yogurt 1/3 cup
sugar 1 tsp
tamarind chutney 2 tbsp
mint chutney 2 tbsp
chick peas 1/4 cup
onion chopped 2 tbsp
coriander leaves 1 tbsp

How to make Samosa Chat

METHOD:

Place the samosa on serving platter break them a bit from the middle.... add chick peas

Pour the yogurt over it

Then some chopped onion, mint chutney and then tamarind chutney ... and combine them a bit.... sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve right away and enjoy.
