Plain flour 1 small bowl
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Black pepper (optional) 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Potatoes 1 medium sized bowl (or 4-5 potatoes)
Oil as required

How to make Potato Fritters

METHOD:

1.Add salt, red pepper and black pepper in plain flour.
2. Mix the ingredients well and add water in it.
3. Now mix them well to make a sort of batter.
4. Cut potatoes in fries shape.
5. Coat the potatoes in the plain flour batter.
6. Deep fry them and serve.
7. You can use any vegetable for the fritters.
