pizza patties

1 kg flour
3 table spoon yeast
2 tea spoon sugar
1tea spoon salt
250 gram butter unsalted and un melted
3 eggs for dow of pizza patties

more ingredients for filling the dow
tomato puri 2 gms
250 gram butter unsalted melted
1 kg boneless small chickenpieces
half tea spoon ginger
half tea spoon garlic
2 tomato middle size
1 middle size onion
i big size shimla mirch
red chilli 2 tbs
5 green chilli with small cutting
salt2 tbs
garam masahala half tbs
black peper1/4
white peper1/4 tbs
500 gm chadder cheese
500gms moazrella cheese chadder
4 eggs for toping
1 cup oil for frying

METHOD:

first of all we shall take yeast sugar salt in a some water in aglass then we shall mix it with a spoon
after dissolving it we shall take flour and l mix eggs in it and then we should add dissolving water in this flour and we shouldl mix it with our hands .then it will become smooth then we will cover it by polythein bag in a big bowl for 4 hours in a some hot place

this dow will become like a pizza dow
then we shall make gravy by frying all the ingredents that mentioned above after making it some cool
we shall make a sheet on the shelf from the dow first of all we shall paste butter on the pizza sheet dow then tomato puri and then chicken greavy spread on all the pizza dow sheet and chadder cheese and moazrella cheese and then smoothly roll it in 4 or 5 layers after it we will cut it by sharp knife wit the help of butter this sheet will make 6 and seven pizza patties we shall put these pizza patties on a big oven tray oily and we shall toping it wiith beating eggs with small a cloth of malmal
then we shall spread chadder cheese and moazrella cheese on the top of these patties
first of all pre heated oven on200c and then on the heat of160c put these patties in the electric oven for a 5or 6 minutes after being some golden it will become ready for eating
