Ingredients
1/2 kg Wheat flour
1/4 cup Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Dry milk powder
1 tbsp Instant yeast
as required Luke warm water to knead
for Topping
1/2 cup Yellow lentil boiled
1 chopped in cubes Capsicum
2 chopped into cubes Tomato
3 sliced Mushrooms
1/2 cup Onion chopped
1/2 cup Pizza sauce
1/2 cup heaped Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heaped Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Oregano leaves
How to make Pizza Ala Delhi

METHOD:

In a bowl mix together ½ kg flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ cup oil, 1 tbsp dry milk powder, mix well, knead into a soft dough with lukewarm water as required, let the dough rest in a warm place for 13 minutes, spread dough in a greased 12 inches pizza plate, spread base with ½ cup pizza sauce, top with ½ cup boiled lentil, ½ cup chopped onion, 1 tomato cut into cubes, 1 capsicum cut into cubes, 3 sliced mushroom and 1 tsp oregano leaves, spread with both the cheese, bake in a hot oven 200 degree C for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with crushed pepper.
