ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں انڈے کی سفیدی کو نمک اور کریم آف ٹارٹ کے ساتھ پھینٹ لیں ۔ساتھ ہی اس میں کاسٹر شوگر اور پھر آئسنگ شاگر ملائیں ۔پھر اس عمل کو دوبارہ مزید کرلیں ،جب تک تمام چینی استعمال نہ ہوجائے ،یہاں تک کہ وہ سخت ہوجائے۔آخر میں کارن فلور ڈال کر2منٹ مزید پھینٹ لیں ۔ اب ایک پین کیک کو گریس کر کے اس پر بٹر پیپر بچھائیں ۔پھر دوبارہ بٹر پیپر کو گریس کریں اور مکسچر کو اس میں ڈال دیں ۔اس کے بعد اس کے درمیان گول جگہ بنائیں اور اسے پہلے سے گرم کئے ہوئے اوون میں 100cپر دیڑھ گھنٹے کے لئے بیک کرلیں ۔اب پیولودا کو اوون سے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کریں ۔پھر درمیان میں پھینٹی ہوئی کریم بھر دیں ۔پھر اس پر فروٹ کوکٹیل سجائیں اور چاکلیٹ سوس اور پریلین ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
