• Egg whites 3
• Cream of tartar pinch
• Caster sugar 3 ounces
• Icing sugar 3 ounces
• Pinch of salt
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Ingredients for filling
• Fresh cream whipped 1 cup
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Chocolate sauce ½ cup
• Praline ½ cup
METHOD:
Beat egg whites very stiff with salt and cream of tartar adding in 1 ounce sugar at a time till very stiff, lastly add in corn flour, beat for another 2 minutes, grease your 9 inch cake pan line with butter paper, again grease paper spread the mixture, hollow from the centre, slightly for filling, bake in a preheated oven on 100 degree C for 1 ½ hour, cool completely, fill with whipped cream, top with fruit, drizzle chocolate sauce and praline, serve immediately.
