• 5 Potatoes
• Oil for frying
• 1 Tea spone salt to taste and maida flour 200 gm

How to make Patato Finger Chips

METHOD:

• Cut potato into thin long strips.
• wash then and then make them dry completely.
• Mix salt and maida flour, and add on patatos
• Deep fry potato strips in heated oil till it turns pink.
• Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
