بیسن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو
بیکنگ پاؤڈر ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 چائے کا چمچ
لال رنگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
ہرا رنگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
پیلا رنگ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 چٹکی
گھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ فرائی کے لیے
شیرے کے لیے:
چینی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 کلو
پانی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1-1 پاؤ
زعفرانی ایسنس۔۔۔۔ چند قطرے

ترکیب:

1/2 کلو بیسن میں 2/1 چائے کا چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر کو اتنا پھینٹیں کے وہ بالائی جیسا ہوجائے اور الگ سے ایک پتیلی میں 2/1 کلو اور 2/1-1 پاؤ پانی کا گاڑھا شیر بنالیں۔ اب اس کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کر کے ان میں لال، ہرا، پیلا رنگ شامل کرکے اس کو الگ الگ سانچوں میں نکال کر فرائیں کرلیں اور شیرے میں 15 منٹ کے لیے بھگودیں۔ شیرے سے نکال کر سرو کردیں.
