Maiday main soda, kaali mirch aur ek chaey ka chamcha gheekhoob milaain. Sakh goondh kar rooti ki motai ka gol bail lain. Bareek ribbon jaisi patiyan bana kar ek ek inch k tirchay tukhray kaatain. Karhai main ghee garm karain aur ye thoray thoray tukray daal kar talain. Surkh honay sy pehlay nikal lain. Pehly akbar per rakh kar faltoo ghee jazab kar lain aur phr plate per nikal kar khaain.

ربن جیسی پٹیاں بنا کر ایک ایک امچ کے تر چھے ٹکڑے کاٹلیں ۔کڑاہی میں گھی گرم کریں اور یہ تھوڑے تھوڑے ٹکڑے ڈال
کر تلیں ۔سرخ ہونے پہلے نکال لیں ۔پہلے اخبار پر رکھ کر فالتو گھی کو جذب کر لیں اور پھر پلیٹ میں نکال کر کھائیں ۔
