Namak Paray
Namak paray is the everyday snack used in our homes. It's mostly used with tea at evening time or served to guests with nimko and some related snacks. It's recipe does not require lots of things and also you will prepare it in very short amount of time. Just pick flour, salt and oil from your kitchen cabinets and butter from the refrigerator, follow the recipe of namak paray below and get ready to enjoy this healthy snack.
Ingredients
Any kind of flour 125 gm
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Water as required for kneading
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil or clarified butter for frying
How to make Namak Paray
Method
Add salt, clarified butter and water in all purpose flour and make dough.
Then make balls and roll on by rolling pin.
Now take a sharp knife and cut into namak para shapes at 1 inch distance.
Then again make cuts on 60 degree angle of same size.
Now it will become in form of paray.
Apply same process, and fry on low heat in clarified butter/ghee.
