سوُجی----------------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
کنڈینسڈ ملک----------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
گھی------------------------- ایک پیالی

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں گھی، چینی اور زردیوں کو اتنا پھینٹیں کہ وہ کریمی ہوجائیں۔ اس میں کنڈینسڈ ملک، کھانے کا سوڈا ، بیکنگ پاﺅڈر، سُوجی، میدہ اور الائچی شامل کرکے آٹا گونُدھ لیں۔ اس کے چھوٹے بسکٹس بنا کر بیکنگ ٹرے میں رکھیں اور اُن پر برش کی مدد سے انڈوں کی سفیدی لگائیں بسکٹس کے اُوپر پستے چھڑک کر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 170ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 20منٹ پکا کر نکال لیں اور گرم پیش کریں۔
