Chicken mince 150 grams
Puff pastry dough 250 grams
Onion (finely cut) 1
Capsicum (finely cut) 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Eggs (beaten) 4
Spring onions 2 stalks
Salt to taste
Oil as required
METHOD:
• Heat oil in a wok; fry garlic and onions.
• Add all ingredients except eggs and dough; fry.
• Add 3 eggs; cook ofr a few minutes; remove from flame.
• Roll out 2 discs from dough.
• Place ½ chicken mixture at one end of each disc; fold over.
• Place on baking tray; brush egg on them.
• Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 200OC; remove.
