Lasagna Recipe Step by Step

Pour oil in a pan

When oil is heated, add chopped garlic and cook

Add minced meat when garlic is golden brown

Add rosemary and oregano and cook

Add appropriate amount of water and cook to tenderize the mince

Cook until mince is tender

Add tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, capsicum, white chili and salt and mix well. Add worcester sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Heat oil in a saucepan and boil lasagna, when it is tender transfer in a strainer

Place boiled lasagna sheet in an oven proof dish

Spread the mince on lasagna

Make layer of white sauce

Then make a layer of lasagna again

Repeat the process again and finally place lasagna and put pieces of cheddar cheese.

Place at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes

Lasagna is ready. Enjoy with ketchup and white sauce.

Add all purpose flour and cook at low heat.

Add milk, sugar, black pepper and salt with cooked all-purpose flour and cook a bit more.

Add crushed cream and cheddar cheese and cook more.

Method of Making Lasagna

  • Mince: 300 grams
  • Lasagna: 1 packet
  • Oregano: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Rosemary: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Puree: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 3 to 4 cloves
  • Tomato: 1 pcs
  • Capsicum: 1 pcs
  • Water: as required
  • Green Onions: 1 pcs (remove the leaves)
  • Parsley: as required
  • Worcester Sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • White Chili: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Oil: 1/4 cup
  • White Sauce: as required

For White Sauce:

  • Milk: 1/2 kg
  • Cream: 1 cup
  • Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 packet
  • All Purpose Flour: 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar: as required
  • Black Pepper: as required
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Butter/Oil: 1/4 cup


Preparing White Sauce:

1. In a saucepan, add 1/4 cup butter or oil and melt. Then add all-purpose flour and cook at low flame. When all-purpose flour starts scenting, roasted all purpose flour is ready.

2. Now add milk, sugar, black pepper and salt in it and cook a bit, then add crushed cream and cheddar cheese, cook a bit more and remove the pan from stove.

Method of Lasagna:

Lasagna Mixture:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, when heated, add chopped garlic and roast. When garlic is golden brown, add minced meat.
  2. Add rosemary and oregano to the mince and add water accordingly. When mince is tendered, roast it until it is dried. Now add tomato puree, thin chopped tomatoes, capsicum, green onion and parsley and mix together. Now add all spices and sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Lasagna mince is ready.

Preparing Lasagna:

Boil half packet lasagna, transfer into a strainer when boiled.
Place a lasagna sheet in an oven proof dish, spread mince on it,
pour white sauce all over the mince and make a layer. Repeat this process again and finally on the last layer, put broken pieces of cheddar cheese and place in oven on 180 degree for 10 to 15 minutes.

A very delicious lasagna is ready. Enjoy with white sauce and ketchup.
